Contest Duration:

• The duration of the contest is from 28th January 2022 to 30th March 2022.

• Winners will be announced through a wall post on Facebook, Instagram and a Tweet in two months on 28th Feb 2022 and 30th March 2022.

Eligibility:

• The Competition is open to all PAN India, India residents’ aged 18 or over on the Competition start date. 

• Eligibility requirements include a valid residential address, contact number and e-mail id and Facebook/Twitter/Instagram account.

• Participation in this contest is purely voluntary and the participants once participated in the contest are supposed to be active on their email ID that they submit at the start of the #MFQuest.

• No Participation fee is necessary of any kind to participate in this contest. Requests made by any unknown in return to play this contest should be ignored and no money should be transferred to anyone in any case. 

• Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited or Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund shall not charge any amount for participation in the contest and the sole criteria for participation shall be submitting entries on the contest page on the link given in the bio in Instagram or in the wall post on Facebook or in the tweet on Twitter.

Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited or Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund does not accept responsibility for (1) lost, late or undelivered entries or (2) any technical or access issue, failure, malfunction or difficulty that might hinder the ability of a participant to enter the Competition or (3) any event which may cause the Competition to be disrupted or corrupted.

• Each participant understands that each of the officials of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited or Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund engaged in the organization and management of this Competition including its directors, officers, partners, employees, consultants, and agents are under no obligation to render any advice or service to any participant in respect of this Competition

• The participant undertakes to indemnify and keep Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited or Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund harmless and indemnified against any loss, damage, claims, costs and expenses which may be incurred or suffered by Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited or Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund due to breach of any of the terms and conditions herein contained.

• Any disputes, differences and/or any other matters in relation to and arising out of this Promotion and, or pertaining to these terms and conditions shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue of arbitration shall be at Mumbai. The Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws in India and will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai alone. The Rules of Indian Council of Arbitration(“Rules”) shall apply to the arbitration proceedings and the arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator to be appointed as per the Rules.

• Each participant must ensure that his or her participation in the promotion is lawful in accordance with the laws of India. Neither Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited or Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund nor its representatives or agents shall be taken to make any representations, express or implied, as to the lawfulness of any participant's participation in the Competition

• Entrants are deemed to accept these terms and conditions by entering the Contest. 

• Winner of the contest will be selected basis the below mentioned pointers that fulfil the eligibility criteria: 

  • Should have a unique entry of email address on the platform 

  • Should be in the top 5 winners on the weekly leaderboard 

  • Should be quick in answering the questions 

  • Should be active on the email ID mentioned in the contest entry form

  • Should be able to share the screenshot of content reshared on their social media pages if requested by us on the email. 

  • Should be able to reply to our communications in maximum of 48 hours of us sending the email 

  • Should have a valid Social MEdia ID on Facebook or Twitter or Instagram.

• The prize is limited to an amount of 1000 per person, 20 winners will be declared on a monthly basis where 5 winners each week are eligible for winning the contest. Anything related but not limited to the contest shall not be paid by Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited or Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund apart from the Rs. 500 worth of e-voucher to the winners.
