    Mr. Ramesh Abhishek is the Independent Director of the Company since 1st January, 2022. He is an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, 1982 batch (retired July 2019). He has served as Secretary to the Government of India in the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), the key department spearheading key government initiatives such as Make in India, Start-up India, Ease of Doing Business and Industrial Corridors in the Country. He has also served as Chairman of the Commodity Derivative Markets Regulator and Forward Markets Commission.


    Mr. Abhishek is also a Director on the Board of Ravindra Energy Limited, Indus Towers Limited, Cyient Limited, PAYTM Payments Bank Limited, Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, Nuvama Wealth Finance Limited and Nuvama Custodial Services Limited. Mr. Abhishek holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration in Finance, International Politics and Public Administration.
