Fund Summary

- When building a team, a coach focuses on enlisting key established players and honing their strengths to create a winning team; we can apply the same rationale to building a strong investment portfolio

- The Indian stock market houses thousands of companies across market caps. While diversification preserves wealth, concentration is believed to create it! Picking select potential winners can outperform picking a large portfolio of average performers.

- Focusing on top established stocks that have strong fundamentals and good future prospects can create a portfolio with long term capital appreciation potential. These established, large cap stocks can be relatively stable in volatile times while still have growth potential, being market leaders in their space.

- Aditya Birla Sun Life Focused Equity Fund is an equity oriented, large cap fund. It applies fund manager expertise, with the aim to build a select portfolio of predominantly large cap stocks that have good long-term growth potential.

- The fund is suited for a long-term investing period

- The investment emphasis of the scheme would be on investing in a maximum of 30 companies with sound corporate managements and prospects of good future growth.

- The Fund's focus shall be biased towards large cap companies driven by long-term fundamentals though not limited to it
