- Enter your Email ID and validate with One time password

Enter the PAN and Date of Birth
- If your PAN is not KYC verified or if you do not have a PAN: enter AADHAAR no. & validate with OTP which you would receive on the mobile number registered with AADHAR
- If you do not have AADHAAR then book an appointment for using any other document to become KYC compliant
- Enter your Profile and Bank Details

- With a simple SWIPE TO THE LEFT, you can withdraw the whole / part of the invested money back to your bank account.
- Choose the withdrawal option - Instant or Regular. The request is received immediately and Acknowledgement is sent.
- Under Instant option, the bank account is credited within few minutes. Regular withdrawal money would be credited on a T+1 working day.

New Transaction creation
- Once an IFA has selected investor/group and product for recommendation, then he will get redirected to 'Transaction screen'.
- IFA can change the Folio no. from the existing list of Folios associated with the selected Investors before sending the recommendation link.
- Product information will be displayed.
- To initiate SIP with First instalment; IFA will click on 'I want the investor to make first instalment' and will enter Amount.
- As for Payment mode; for Lump sum investor will get the option to pay it through Net banking/NEFT-RTGS/Debit Card/ Pay with UPI / OTM.
- For SIP; E-mandate / Biller / OTM will be available.
- Once all mandatory details are filled, save the details.

Transaction completion by customer
- After entering all the required details, click on 'Send Link' for further transaction execution.
- Link will be sent on Investor's registered mobile no. and email id.
- An email and SMS will also be sent to IFA post transaction initiation and after investor has completed the investment, IFA will get an email and SMS alert.

Investor List: Investors listed on this list are at PAN or Aadhaar level i.e. Folios associated with the ARN under a Pan or Aadhaar will be displayed as one investor. If there are folios of an individual with PAN as well as Aadhaar, there will be 2 investors shown on the investor list with the same name.
- When clicked on investor in the list, Investor's folio details & performance will be accessible.
- Navigation bar / Header will have Email & Phone links to initiate an Email and Call to the investor.

'Overview', 'Folio', 'Goals', 'Profile' tabs will provide detailed information about the selected option
- New Folio, goals and updating profile are available under these options
- Create 'new folio / transaction' and 'send account statement' options are available under 'Contextual' Menu.
