Ms. Harini Balaji brings over 26 years of extensive experience in regulatory governance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), in the areas of fund management, corporate restructuring, listing, governance, primary market, secondary markets, debt, and hybrid securities. She has also worked extensively in enforcement areas, including surveillance and investigations.

She is a Senior Consultant - Regulatory Affairs with AZB & Partners, where she provides expert advice on regulatory matters within the securities market. Ms. Balaji also serves as a Member of the Advisory Council of the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM); and is also a Member of the Funds Management Advisory Council of the International Financial Services Centres Authority.

Ms. Balaji holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Law, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
