ADITYA BIRLA SUN LIFE CRISIL LIQUID OVERNIGHT ETF, is an open-ended Exchange Traded Fund replicating the CRISIL Liquid Overnight Index. A relatively low interest rate risk and relatively low credit risk.
Investment Objective
The investment objective of the Scheme is to generate returns corresponding to the total returns of the securities as represented by the CRISIL Liquid Overnight Index before expenses, subject to tracking error.

How does Aditya Birla Sun Life CRISIL Liquid Overnight ETF Fund works?
Investors/traders place sell order of shares and simultaneously place buy order of equivalent value in fund units
Investors/traders earn IDCW on fund units credited to demat. Further units can be used as collateral if required for margin requirement (typically ~90-92%)
When investors/traders wish to capitalise on an investing/trading opportunity, they can simultaneously sell fund units and place buy order for desired shares
Thus, Aditya Birla Sun Life CRISIL Liquid Overnight ETF Fund provides commensurate liquidity as conventional trading with the added benefit of earning returns
Fund discipline
- The Scheme invests minimum of 95% (up to 100%) of its net assets in instruments comprising CRISIL Liquid Overnight Index i.e.: in TREPS
- It can also invest up to 5% in cash and money market instruments
- As the fund is a passively managed ETF, the index will be tracked on a regular basis and changes to the constituents or their weights, if any, will be replicated in the portfolio with the purpose of minimising tracking errors.
